Once your order has been submitted to BelleDreamm.com it takes between 1-3 business days to be processed. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.Non-customized orders require 5-7 days of shipping ( 2 day  priority shipping is available at checkout ). Custom orders require 2-3 weeks of production time ( not including shipping days )  because pieces are handmade and stones may have to be individually set.

This includes size changes, style changes, quantities, etc. Please read and understand before completing your purchase.  We will NOT  be able to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about an order for any reason.
