Store Policy:

We usually ship within 5-7 business days of receiving orders. So contact us immediately.

We do not do refunds. If there’s any issues with your order, you received the wrong item, something is broken or damaged. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues. Replacement orders we do require a screenshot or picture of the damaged item for our records. If you can not provide a photo we will not be able to replace any items.

We ship and provide tracking information soon as it becomes available. Please double check that you have provided us with the correct address. We are not responsible for wrong addresses provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
