Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item due to a packing mistake on our end, reach out to our team within 30 days of delivery with photo proof, and we'll review it right away.

Unless stated otherwise, all jewelry on BelleDreamm.com is gold-plated, not solid gold. Gold plating is a thin gold layer applied over a base metal, and it may fade or wear with regular wear over time.
